St Peter's Church, Manor Road

About Us

We are a small but friendly congregation who meet for worship at 9.15am every Sunday. Our service is a traditional language communion service with three hymns, once a month it is slightly shorter and less formal for our 2nd Sunday in the month Family Service.
Afterwards we enjoy a tea or coffee with biscuits and a chat.

Tell us what you need from a family service at St Peters to enable new families to join in the worship.  We look forward to hearing from you.

Safeguarding is at the core of what we do, and details of safeguarding in our parish can be found here.

If you would like to contribute to the service and play the piano for our hymns and worship some weeks,
If you have the gift of music and would be able to support out services at St Peters, please contact us.

We are now back at St. Peter's for our 9.15am Eucharist every Sunday. We continue to encourage the wearing of face masks, unless you have an exemption, and respect social distancing where requested.

Tea and Chat

Every Monday afternoon from 2.00pm (except Bank Holidays!) we hold a 'Tea and Chat session at St. Peter's. This is a great opportunity to meet other people and talk about what interests you. Anyone is welcome, just come along, we usually finish around 3.30pm. It's amazing what you learn at the group!

There is a book swap  on Monday afternoons, please bring and swap a book during tea and chat.
